The ARA has proudly collaborated with the Australian Human Rights Commission, to create "Understanding and Addressing Workplace Sexual Harassment for Retail and Hospitality Managers." This course explores  the Sex Discrimination Act of 1984, emphasising proactive prevention of unlawful conduct.  All organisations, regardless of size or resources, should be aware of their obligations under the law.

 The course is designed to enhance your understanding of workplace sexual harassment, and the rights and responsibilities of workers and employers.

If you experience any distress during or after completing the course, you can access support by engaging with your Employee Assistance Program or engaging with external services such as those listed on the Respect@Work website.
