Course overview
The ARA has proudly collaborated with the Australian Human Rights Commission, to create "Retail and Hospitality: Understanding and eliminating work-related sexual harassment." This course explores the Sex Discrimination Act of 1984, emphasising proactive prevention of unlawful conduct. All organisations, regardless of size or resources, should be aware of their obligations under the law.
The course is designed to enhance your understanding of work-related sexual harassment, and the rights and responsibilities of workers and employers.
